Tiny comes to South Shore Community

Tiny comes to South Shore Community

The first of many Tiny Homes to come now rests in its temporary living space at the Ruskin Firehouse Cultural Center in Ruskin, FL.

The Ruskin Firehouse Cultural Center now features a Tiny House!

As Circle Pond Tiny Home Community is developed and made ready for new Tiny Home residents, the first of its tiny homes, built by USF Grad, Stephanie Henschen as her thesis project awaits its new location in Ruskin. The 2013 documentary Tiny: A Documentary About Living Small and the HGTV cable show Tiny House Hunters, which featured Henschen in April 2016 launched the movement into the national spotlight. Now the tiny home movement has reached Tampa Bay in the South Shore community of Ruskin.

Plans for a Tiny Home – Home Show are in the works to take place in November…. More details to come!
